Regenerated Technical Compounds

RINNO-V-ENE® is a brand reserved for the Italian market that includes polyethylene and polypropylene polymer blends. The products are also marketed abroad under the same commercial names but without the RINNO-V-ENE™ trademark.

RINNO-V-ENE® products are manufactured using proprietary SERMAG formulas and regranulation with virgin and recycled materials, resulting in new compounds with a high recycled content.

Compounding with virgin materials is used to further enhance the regenerated polymer, significantly increasing the performance of the blend while maintaining a high recycled content. The result is a recycled granule with properties and quality comparable to a virgin material product, but more sustainable and economical.

The regenerated material can originate from PCR (post-consumer recycling) or PIR (post-industrial recycling), i.e., polymer material regenerated from waste or industrial scraps (thermoforming, injection, molding scraps, or from TNT film, raffia).

For each batch of RINNO-V-ENE® products, the recycling history and traceability are guaranteed thanks to the SERMAG traceability system, which complies with the European standard EN 15343 and has also been certified by the Italian certification body CSI IMQ Group.

Since RINNO-V-ENE® products are made to order, they are only available in granule form and can be supplied in bags or big bags (bigbags) depending on customer request.

RINNO-V-ENE® TPE-O 6010 P - 6010 HP

Compounds formulated by SERMAG composed of polyolefin blends (polypropylene and polyethylene) designed for the modification of bitumen in waterproofing membranes.

Available in two grades with increasing performance in cold flexibility.

Made with a minimum 70% recycled content.

Rinnovene TPE-O 9010 HP

RINNO-V-ENE® TPE-O 9010 HP

Compound formulated by SERMAG composed of polyolefin blends (polypropylene and polyethylene) designed for the modification of bitumen in waterproofing membranes.

An evolution of TPE-O 6010, offering improved cold performance.

Made with a minimum 70% recycled content.

Rinnovene TPE-O 9020 P

RINNO-V-ENE® TPE-O 9020 P - 9020 P1

Compound formulated by SERMAG composed of polyolefin blends (polypropylene and polyethylene) designed for the modification of bitumen in waterproofing membranes. Available in two grades with different Melt Indexes.

Top-of-the-line product in the TPE-O series, offering maximum performance and excellent flexibility even at the lowest temperatures.

Made with a minimum 50% recycled content.

Rinnovene TPE-S 9510

RINNO-V-ENE® TPE-S 9510 N

Polyolefinic-styrenic compound with polyethylene predominance, designed by SERMAG specifically for the waterproofing membrane sector.

This is the first compound in the TPE-S series, dedicated to blends with added styrenic polymers.

Made with a minimum 50% recycled content.

Rinnovene TPO 5010

RINNO-V-ENE® TPO 5010 - 5010 N - 5010 NA

Polyolefinic-styrenic compound with polyolefin predominance, designed by SERMAG for waterproofing membranes and elastomeric compounding.

Offers excellent elastic performance with a low content of styrenic polymers in the blend.

Made with a minimum 70% recycled content.

Rinnovene elastomero PP PE

RINNO-V-ENE® R-POMIX ELAST EL 1030

Polyolefinic compound designed by SERMAG for injection molding and extrusion.

May contain small amounts of SBS or SEBS to enhance elasticity.

100% recycled PIR product.
