PCR recycled raw materials

RIPLASTENE™ brand is dedicated to products of PCR origin in polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (LDPE and HDPE), Secondary Raw Materials compliant with the UNI 10667 standard.

The raw material comes from PCR (post-consumer recycling), therefore plastic waste produced by the end user, people, families, businesses and businesses, which would normally be destined for disposal in landfills.

For each batch of product belonging to the RIPLASTENE™ range, the history and the recycling path are guaranteed thanks to the SERMAG traceability system which follows the directives of the European standard EN 15343 and which has also been certified by the Italian certification authority CSI IMQ Group.

According to the type of starting material, RIPLASTENE™ products can be in the form of grinded, densified or granules.

RIPLASTENE™ R-POMIX PE 0104 PCR

Secondary raw material obtained from post-consumer plastic waste (PCR) based on polyethylene with polypropylene intended for compounds, molding and the bituminous membrane sector.

100% recycled product of PCR origin available in gray granules.

RIPLASTENE™ R-POMIX PP 0206 PCR

Secondary raw material obtained from post-consumer plastic waste (PCR) based on polypropylene with polyethylene intended for compounds and molding.

100% recycled product of PCR origin available in gray granules.

RIPLASTENE™ R-PE LD 0309 PCR

Secondary raw material obtained from post-consumer plastic waste (PCR) in low density polyethylene (LDPE) intended for compounds and special molding applications.

100% recycled product of PCR origin.

RIPLASTENE™ R-PE HD 0308 PCR

Secondary raw material obtained from post-consumer plastic waste (PCR) in high density polyethylene (HDPE).

The recommended technological application is blow molding for rigid packaging, especially bottles and containers that require high rigidity and durability.

This material is also excellent for filming with LDPE and LLDPE. HDPE enhances the mechanical properties and guarantees the absence of infusions and gels in the film.

The granulated product is presented in a uniform gray color (indicative color RAL7031) unmastered and without the addition of any additives. Upon request, it is possible to color the material in a large variety of shades (blue, green, red to yellow).

100% recycled product of PCR origin available in gray granules (100 µm extrusion filtration) or multicolored ground. It has a reduced odor typically attributable to detergents.
