This initiative, accompanied by the issuance of the Code of Ethics, stems from the belief that implementing and applying an organizational model—though not mandatory—can be an effective tool to raise awareness among all those who act in the name and on behalf of the company. It also ensures a competitive advantage by positioning the company as “inherently compliant,” even beyond the mandatory legal requirements.
The Code of Ethics adopted by the administrative body of SERMAG SRL sets out the ethical values and principles of conduct that guide the company’s business activities. It is designed not only to inspire the company’s operations but also to guide the behavior of all those with whom the company interacts during its activities, aiming to ensure that efficiency and seriousness are paired with ethical conduct.
