In 2023, SERMAG has decided to certify its own management system according to the norm ISO 9001:2015, another step towards guaranteeing the client the maximum safety and transparency on SERMAG processes and products.

The norm ISO 9001:2015 management system for quality – requirements defines the requirements of a management system for quality for an organization. The requirements are of general nature and can be implemented by any kind of organization.

The norm ISO 9001 is the reference standard for an organization that intends to plan, implement, monitor and improve both operational and support processes, designing and implementing the quality management system as a means to achieve objectives. The client and its satisfaction are at the centre of the ISO 9001, every activity, application and monitoring of the activity/processes it is in fact aimed at the maximum satisfaction of the client (and, if possible, the final user).

The phases of application of the norm start from the definition of procedures and registrations for every single process or macro-process in the business organization.
